1 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with spade54, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. spade54 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You are not a resident of any territory where spade54 has explicitly restricted access, as may be updated from time to time.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts must be registered in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by spade54 for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading information provided — including falsifying your date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spade54 login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any associated two-factor authentication details. spade54 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Each player may only maintain one (1) active account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. spade54 uses advanced detection methods to identify multi-accounting behaviour. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all related accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. spade54 reserves the right to temporarily freeze your account pending investigation upon such notification.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on spade54 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The following payment methods are currently supported: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. spade54 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must withdraw using a payment method associated with your verified account. Withdrawal processing times vary — e-wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. spade54 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): spade54 operates a strict AML policy. Any funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, solely for AML compliance purposes. spade54 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

spade54 offers various promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers — from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.

5 Betting Rules & Wagers

All bets placed on spade54 — whether on sports events such as the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), Piala Asia, AFF Cup, World Cup qualifiers, or any other markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport or game type.

Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended unless permitted by specific in-play or cash-out features where available. spade54 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not replayed within a specified timeframe.
• There is evidence of match-fixing or corruption affecting the event outcome.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being offered and the bet was accepted outside normal operating parameters.
• The player placing the bet has been identified as having access to non-public information relating to the event.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits may vary depending on the sport, event, and account status. spade54 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spade54 platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Laundering money or using spade54 as a vehicle for any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward spade54 staff or other users.
• Providing false personal information, identity documents, or payment details during verification.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the spade54 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audiovisual elements, and the overall design of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of spade54 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the spade54 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from spade54.

8 Privacy & Data

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spade54, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Any errors, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in the platform's data feeds or odds information.
• Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match previews.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, spade54's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Termination

You may close your spade54 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

spade54 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

In the event of termination due to breach, spade54 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is confirmed, cleared balances will be returned promptly.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under which spade54 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the spade54 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
